How we got started
It started in the salon chair.
C.E.N.T.S began where trust already lives. Our founder, an advanced nail technician of 15+ years, noticed that clients spoke openly about their health - and their families’ health - in a way they rarely would in a clinic.
That trust was the insight. The people communities already rely on - salon professionals, community workers, caregivers - could be the earliest line of care, catching risks long before they turn into emergencies.
Alongside a co-founder with decades of community leadership and a team of engineers, clinicians, and biotech and marketing specialists, she built C.E.N.T.S: a care co-pilot that turns everyday community touchpoints into early screening - for maternal health, footcare, and the chronic conditions that hit hardest when they’re caught late.
Today, C.E.N.T.S works alongside community partners and clinical advisors, with early pilots and design partners putting the model to work.
We’re not building software for its own sake. We’re building the connection between real clinical care and the neighborhoods that trusted care keeps skipping - so a zip code, a language, or a busy week never decides who catches a problem in time.
